For years, I have worked tirelessly to build a company that is not only successful, but also a company that I am proud of. Ten years after beginning the firm with one phone line, one computer, and one passion for business, I am privileged to be able to say that I am accomplishing my dream. Due to the explosive growth in our industry, it often attracts providers with less than desirable intentions, putting profit above all other aspects of business. This type of business practice is not only unsustainable, but also hardly respectable. For nearly ten years, WE have worked on building our business on strong relationships, undivided attention to our clients, and business integrity. I emphasize WE," because this company is built on a foundation of good people, whose character as the most highly lauded quality a person can have. With this in mind, WE promise the following:
Integrity - The definition of integrity is adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty." (www.dictionary.com) We treat every client in the same manner in which we would be expected to be treated. That means: We do not nickel and dime. We do not bill in 1/10 hour increments. And we certainly do not expect you to pay for a reasonable amount of support.

Humanity - Yes, we outsource. In the information technology market it is becoming a necessary part of any growing company. However, all of our workforces internationally and domestically are looked after with the highest of standards. All of our employees that qualify are provided health insurance and a fair wage. If the company has a good year we share our good fortune with the people that make it a good year… our employees.
Passion - We are all dorks… yup every last one of us. However, you will find that everyone loves what they do, and that is certainly something you will not find anywhere else. We bring our enthusiasm to every project we take on and we add a dash of innovation and a lot of creativity. Our collaborative passion has allowed us to find solutions that some thought were not possible. We are fully dedicated to your success and the success of every project.
Empathy - As with any development process: house, office, business, or software, there are frustrations that come with the territory. With now six major operating systems, four major browsers, and a multitude of environment variables, diagnostics and quality assurance have never been more challenging. With all projects, we try to put ourselves in the position of the client in order to become part" of their company and work on projects with the client's objectives in mind.
